First, please do not post individual points cost, it is against B&C policy as it violates GW IP.
On to the list.
Why do you have a castellan with no weapons? Either give him some gear or drop him. He's useless as is. Also at this point level I usually only run the EC. He is generally sufficient for this level.
The troops look pretty good, though I would give the rhino's EA and smoke. Also drop some of those initiates for neophytes in the rhino squads to save some points. Neophytes are excellent meat shields and hit and wound just like initiates. A good ratio for a 9 man is 7-2
I'm not a fan of the Hellfire dread with Ven and TH. They are just too expensive. A predator costs less, has more shots, and better front armor. I would drop the Venerable(and thus the tank hunters) and the ML and just go with the LC, DCCW, EA and possibly a heavy flamer.
If you do that, that will get you 124 points. I'd probably spend 70 of it on a Typhoon LS leaving you with 54. Give EA and Smoke to your rhinos and razor and you'll have 30 left over. Not sure what you can do with that, other than either some HK missiles(which at this point level would be good for a first turn shot) or you could give the Ven TH back to the dread.
