Orders of the Azure Shroud, Scarlet Heart and Fiery Heart

Since we have (once again) given the Sisters their own place I figured I'd post up some SOB armies I have done (last one being in 2002 I think). Far as I can recall the Scarlet Heart (1st army I did) were the only ones I posted on the B&C at the time.

Order of the Fiery Heart (circa 2002 if I remember right). Thing I dislike about these the most is the highlights on the black got washed out by my lighting :

Very nice! I really like actually the white line along the robe edges dividing the front and undersides of the cloth. Simple but very striking!

The Fiery Heart are the prettiest here, I think, but they're all excellent.

Take a quick look through ebay for "pro painted" 40K figures. That will make you feel better about your own work.

So many great pictures! I like the Fiery Heart most but they're all good. The all back armour and robes with the white strip isn't something I'd ever think of doing and it looks excellent.

 

If I didn't have several projects going at the moment I'd try out some new SoB colour schemes myself!
