The Cult of Orange -- None can withstand our........color
The Universe is a very big place and no matter what happens....you will not be missed.
"And maybe the Traitor Legions would come to their senses, renounce the Ruinous Powers and return to the light of the Emperor." -- Ciaphis Cain on the likelihood of a Mawloc being scared off by a melta blast.

somewhere 40k lost it's grittiness, I personally blame 2nd edition, where special characters were the order of the day. I dream of a throwback edition, where its more freedom, more skirmish, and more grimdark!
I miss you Rogue Trader.

I completely remember "Kil Kil Kil" as my first RTB01 Marine, which was painted as a Blood Angel, with that slogan around the chapter badge.

My lucky Bolter Dice will make your math-hammer cry and scream loaded dice.
If your not bleeding, your not converting hard enough. Blood for the resin god!
My current army: 5th Ed. Heresy SM army: 5500+ pts. (WIP)

I remember when space marines cood take shuriken catapults, AND they actually had a mini for it!
I still have that mini, and it's one of my favorites.

I remember when a carnifex had vehicle rules and marines where not afraid of using camouflage and hills where made of old White Dwarf magazines. I also remember a well placed Bolter round to my Rhino's ammo box blowing the whole thing up and anyone inside. Give and take. lol
And these young'uns now with their fancy jump pack rules - back in my day if you even so much as looked at a jump pack it would explode, hurtle your guy 2D6 in a random direction then blow a crater in the landscape.
I have members of a non-power armoured rock band and loads of RT era Chaplains! Bolter with an assault cannon on it Brother? Yes please!
I also have a Dreadnought called Eddie!

totally jealous!
The only problem with those old minis was that they were lead, not pewter, and I did a lot of conversions that involved sawing...and dust....that got all over one's hands....and...in the air....

MR: Haha! Awesome
Still, Space Crusade was the game that impelled me to purchase to the RT book and my first Marine (Bolter with blade. looked cool) and Eldar jetbike and harlequin. Aieee what I wouldn't give for those miniatures!!!! >.< And that Crusade box
