Stage 2 - Eligible Missions

While Games Workshop published a multitude of Space Hulk missions for previous editions in White Dwarf magazine, our initial work will be confined to those missions/campaigns from the basic publications. These include those that were in both the 1st and 2nd edition boxed sets as well as those that were included in Space Hulk Campaigns, the Deathwing and Genestealer expansions from 1st edition, and the 2nd edition campaigns that were published in White Dwarf Magazine (Return to Kalidus, Defilement of Honour, Bringer of Sorrow, Fangs of Fenris, Duty and Honour, and The Fate of the Sword of Halcyon). The limiting factor will be that the missions/campaigns won't include hybrids. We'll follow Games Workshop's lead in this.

SPAWN OF EXECRATION MISSION 1: BREAK THROUGH (changes)

FORCES & DEPLOYMENT
Space Marines: The Space Marine player has one squad. It consists of a Sergeant armed with a storm bolter and power sword, one Space Marine armed with a heavy flamer and power fist, and three Space Marines armed with storm bolters and power fists. The Space Marine player deploys the squad on the starting squares shown on the map.

Genestealers: The Genestealer player begins the mission with one blip at each of the entry areas, and receives one reinforcement blip per turn. Blips may enter play at any entry area.

SPECIAL RULES
None

VICTORY
Space Marines: The Space Marine player wins if he opens the cargo bay doors. Any Space Marine model may open the cargo bay doors by spend 2 APs while standing in the square indicated on the map. The Space Marine model must be facing one of the corners in order to spend the 2 APs (i.e., the model must have its back exposed).

Genestealers: The Genestealer player wins if he prevents the Space Marine player from open the cargo bay doors.
