Beautifully painted but one small quibble: I feel the head is not properly positioned and should have sighted down the bolter. At the moment the pose seems wrong due to this detail.

I had a friend with a Chaos Lord in the same pose, but with the axe resting on the ground. He reasoned the bolter was possessed and could aim and fire of it's own free will.

Excellent paint job, regardless of pose.

Aiming the gun requires moving your arm so I'm assuming your gun arm is also controlled by the demon? Regardless, I agree with the head position. If he were in a position to where he was about to execute someone then that would be fine since he would be making eye contact with the victim's allies.

Personally, I'd say it makes a lot more sense to keep putting them on the right. Anyone who questions your decision is a Communist.

You can play vanilla marines, however, it is a heavy burden to wield such shame.
