greatcrusade08 Posted October 22, 2012 Share Posted October 22, 2012 the rules say only that its a power weapon, since it has extra sepcial rules applied (i.e the maul/mace initiative knockback) then in terms of RAW its a unique power weapon.. thats it. however im inclined to use it as a mace/maul and be done with it. i guess its a matter for your local club/mates, speak to them and see what they are willing to go with Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Inquisitor Fox Posted October 24, 2012 Share Posted October 24, 2012 According to the wording of the rule, it is a unique power weapon with AP3 and it's own special rules. Just like a nemesis warding staff doesn't count as a force staff, but an usual power weapon, or a nemesis force halberd. Wierd, but that's how it is until it's FAQ'd or a new Codex comes out.
