It contains elements of the Ravenwing and Deathwing we know and love with the one and only Luther leading the army. The first list is one that contains every unit I have modeled to date, the second is a sub 2000pt list with room for upgrades to bring it easily to 2k pts. Enjoy and look forward to updates of the models as I get around to posting pictures. In the first list you see I have 155pts before I hit 2500pts even. The Lascannon Contemptor's focus is on Anti-Air and Armor. The Close Combat oriented Contemptor goes after MEQ units and supports Luther and Cypher. Both Contemptors can be made to be Lascannons turrets depending on my feeling that afternoon or if there is intelligence stating the enemy has air superiority. Since Cataphractii units count as troops for scoring purposes in 30k they will go after heavily entrenched objectives while the Legion Tactical Squads sit on my objectives. Essentially this is a very aggressive play-style list that focuses on fluffiness and fun rather than competitveness as I see 30k being more of a fun rule-set than a focus on winning tournaments. 1977 List -Essentially drops the Moritat, Lord Cypher and the Command Squad. The Contemptors both take Dual Twin Linked Lascannons for Anti-Armor and the Bikes have taken plasma cannons for MEQ hordes.
