moric Posted May 17, 2013 Author Share Posted May 17, 2013 Thank you for your kind words Yeah the pics are a lot grainy but my photography skills are below average i am afraid and don't know how to fix that (I used a canon powershot A480 on macro setting for these) As for the "tall" captain the model also has stability issues, it keeps falling off even at the slightest hill or nudge on the table but that's also the reason that got me into painting the other captain model so i don't complain :) besides the "games day" captain seems to mystically affect his dice rolls and has built something of a legend around him at the local games club :) his nick is Captain bunny! moric Posted May 20, 2013 Author Share Posted May 20, 2013 This is an E-Tenebrae Lux update Since i already have this thread it would be silly to start another for the e-tenebrae lux So here they are my pledged squads http://imageshack.us/a/img812/3029/bloodangelwips001.jpg They are based to lava themed bases (my casts) but i dont really like them so they will be based with the bases shown in front of them (some are painted to give you an idea how they will look like) I hope you can all forgive me that they already have some paint on them (airbrushed mahogany from vallejo in the darker areas and ferrari red from the top the mid tone is blood red from citadel) some close ups of the meltagunners and the seargents as they were converted and i think they at least look ok. http://imageshack.us/a/img547/3398/bloodangelwips002.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img20/5608/bloodangelwips003.jpg As you see the pics are much better than the ones posted previously, I purged my camera from evil spirits and demons as it was visited by nurgle's great nephew the filthy lens... so i promise to swap the pics above with some decent ones. They also all have black X or other black adornments on their armor as I imagine my force to be veterans of the siege of terra so they wear the black as they have been touched by the flaw.
