EricBasser Posted October 17, 2013 Share Posted October 17, 2013 I like how all your stuff is darker than the usual brightly colored daemons I tend to see. It is the grim dark future after all. I have two of those Tzeentch Herbal models. It's a fantasy sorcerer, but fits perfectly for a Tzeentch Herald. I really like repurpsing fantasy models into 40k. I use Vilitch the Curseling as Herald on disc with ether blades. I'm currently working on CSM, and I'm thinking the vortex beast as a maulerfiend. For some reason anything I paint ends up being washed pretty dark. I prefer the evil atmosphere in my armies and its hard to do that with bright colors imo. I really like getting fantasy models or models from different brands. Anything I feel I just kind of buy and use. Causes some difficulties when playing in GW, but hey. TheDevourer Posted November 27, 2013 Author Share Posted November 27, 2013 Just finished my last test yesterday. So I´m back to business here. Need to finish off my entire daemon vow aswell as 2 eldar wraithknights (birthday present for a friend) by end of december... At the moment I´m cleaning up the other 20 hounds, glueing them together and generally slicing open my fingers with a scalpel. Those dogs are built in true khorne style, blood for the blood god and whatnot. 5 of them are base coated in red and bleached I´ll upload inbetween shots when the other 5 are at the same level.
