When I was doing IF a while back, I found that I didn't like the really bright yellow GW normally goes with, and with something more like a mustard yellow. BASE: Balor Brown. SHADE: 50/50 mix of Agrax earthshade and Lahmian medium LAYER: Averland Sunset HIGHLIGHT: Yriel Yellow EDGE HIGHLIGHT: Ceramite White GLAZE: Lamenters Yellow this gives a muted, rich yellow that it not sooooo 40K Gaerish. feel free to test it. It looks better in person than on camera, so kkep that in mind. I wish I had taken some pictures before I sold my Lammies. they where Beautiful(and ironically, some of my best work.......maybe I should do IF's). I think I might go with a base of Snot green, very heavy black or dark brown wash, and then layer up back to the snot green base colour. Perhaps a final highlight of snot green plus a mid grey 50/50 mix?
