I used the Andrea Color White Paint Set (base, then highlights 1, 2 and 3 on the helmet and edges only). It is a similar tone to Ushabti and Screaming Skull. I also did a very thin wash of sepia and a deep recessed wash of thinned Agrax (before the highlights).

These were a lot of fun to paint. As a result the process went very quickly, up until the detailing which I spent a lot longer than expected and intended because I was having so much fun! So my hat’s off to the miniature designers for that! I do think they’re better without those little shields on the assault bolters tho

Paint them black and/or white, and the poses will make the Inceptors look like Chow Yun-fat in John Woo's classic films.
