There are a lot of people who like to use plans to build stuff and it does make it a lot easier. I don't like to make plans... rather I like to work, making it up as I go along. I find it more... challenging. A bit part of my way of working has a lot of editing, sanding and filing. It's slow and harder to make precise. I've always wanted to put a turret on a LR, if just for aesthetics purposes only.
