++ AUGUSTUS b'RAASS ++ pre-heresy BRASS SCORPION p.247

Recommended Posts

Sure, that's fine. They're your dudesmen, I was just offering some extra info. It's totally fine if you don't want to use it.

I started playing 40k back when it had a sense of humour (that's not a dig at you) so I like to use RL people and in-jokes as inspiration for my characters; my Renegades are (or will be) led by General Melchett, who is (or will be) ably assisted by Captain Blackadder and Captain Darling.

Also, Riga is in Latvia.

@SnguiniusReborn: you presume to much, buddy. And the skinning pits await.

You'll have to catch me first, shrilla la lerril.

He does not stand alone, vylas. Need I remind you of how many of the viris solrutha tread these hallowed halls? We may not be ever united, but we are here nonetheless. To insult one is to insult all. By mocking him, you mock me and many more besides. So, no, child, he does not have to catch you, for we are here, and we are waiting.

...

Anyways, Augustus, like everyone else here, I absolutely adore the comms specialist. Something about his pose... I can't quite put my finger on it, but he looks relaxed, which is a rare trait in a Space Marine miniature.

Also, what's Dietrik's loadout going to be? I've kinda been wondering about that?:biggrin.:

@hushrong: Johannu Ermik will stand proud as IV tac squad's sergeant. Thank you!

SWEEET! With your command I pray he reaps a bloody toll upon your foes.

Primarch-Progenitor, to your glory and the glory of him on Earth!

*it's been awhile since I have ever had to utter those words.

@Res Ipsa Loquitur: Aw man, back when 40K still had a sense of humor I was a pockmarked runt that used styrofoam blocks for scenery. You're taking me back. :) Also, I hate the Baltic states because I always mix Latvia and Lithuania up when I translate them into English. It happens to me so often I don;t even know for sure in which of the two my uncle lives. I'm an idiot.

@SanguiniusReborn: Athrillay, Vylas, and knowing our language doesn't mean you can escape us. ;)

@Black_out: ;) Can't wait to start painting you.

@The Psycho: Kosh, kosh'eth tay. :tu: Thanks about the comms specialist. I'm very happy with him too. I have no idea what Dietrik's loadout is going to be. I do know that he'll be built from the FW BT dread. I still have to order arms. Any suggestions (I'd like to be able to use him as a drop pod dread) are most welcome.

@hushrong: HE WILL! Oh yessssss. Oh wait. That's my VIII voice.

I've always wanted a thunderfire cannon but never got around to buying one since I kind of fell out of 40k....but now I'll have my very own! (Relatively speaking)

Ivalastisha vylas, 'twas merely a jest. Besides, I would be a vularai if I did not admit vel jaesha lai viris solrutha, you're so much more fun than those other traitors... ;)

You're going to build a Contemptor from the FW BT dread? That sounds weird, but awesome at the same time! Or am I confuzzled? Anyways, my preferred loadout (personally) would be chainfist (heavy flamer) and multi-melta, sort of a siege configuration, if you will. The multi-melta bombards the walls until Dietrik in his ironform can get close, then he rips through with his chainfist and immolates him with the heavy flamer. The whole imagery in my head, though, is kind of reliant on a certain type of chainfist, using one of the Centurion siege drills in place of the 'official' FW Contemptor fist. Just an idea, I dunno. ;)

*ahem*

You might want to take this somewhere else.

Point taken :smile.:

Probably better suited for the dedicated Night Lords-thread. Note to self: Don't try to be humerous when you're tired and low on coffeine.

@ElDuderino: I hope the reference to quality you made was about the recent Nostraman conversations. ;) Don't mind us, we're just  Yrosia se naur tay helshival :biggrin.: Back on topic: do you want to lay claim to a miniature in my army?

@SanguiniusReborn: Again, Yrosia se naur tay helshival. I enjoyed it. Now let's see how you'll enjoy us.

@The Psycho: Oh, damn, sorry. No, I was mixing your dude u with the venerable MkIV dread. Yes, you're a contemptor and yes, you will get exactly that loadout: Multi melta with a Heavy Flamer Fist.

@SalvationOfReason: You certainly may, my friend. One of the Scout Heavy Weapon Specialists is yours. :tu:

Would you Night Lords please speak English? Not everyone is fluent in coward. :tongue.:

@Dosjetka: Aw, I don't mind some Nostraman banter reminding me of my roots. It's against the English-only BnC policy though, so yeah. Back on topic please, guys.

@NemacVradon: Hi Nemac, thanks for commenting. So happy you like my Night Lords! Yes, I will be returning to them. Some day. They are my core army and I still feel like a Night Lords player at heart, but I'm a bit burned out painting blue atm. So the focus will remain Imperial Fists until the ETL. In the meantime, do you want a place in my Imperial Fists army

Augustus: Nothing to do with speaking another language (never realised it was a real language ), but more with the fact that when topics start dragging into off-topic, they tend to get purged. Just ask Heathens ;)

Anyway, is that Chaplain's name awesome or is it awesome? B)

Sure, sure. But this is a Night Lords topic by heart, so a little Nostraman banter now and then isn´t too much off topic. besides, with your help, we corrected ourselves.

And yes! the chaplain's name is awesome. :tu: ;)
