Wow. Kaedes Nex looks like a badass. I'm not sure how he's supposed to do damage in combat though? Only a pair of (kinda meh) pistols. That said, this will almost certainly be a purchase, and I'm glad that colour scheme has only just come out because were I starting 40k again I'd seriously consider going with IF for that scheme alone.

Nice find! I did some squint reading on the Alpha Legion heraldry page and found the following;

 

Lernaean Terminators are equipped w/: Compact Conversion Beam Weaponry, Phase Field Generator Tech and Teleporters. 

 

The Alphas are also rumoured to have pioneered the development of Seeker Squads. (Unsuprising tbh.)

The twin axes symbol on the shield is indeed linked to the founding father of the Execuitioners, although it was originally an honour marking for those who had completed successful boarding actions.

 

A whole company of assault marines literally jumped with their jump packs from their ship to another, before it exploded killing them all. XD

I know there were rumors that Iron Warriors were getting Terminators w/ Cyclone Missile Launchers... maybe that's what the Tyrant Siege Terminators are.
