WAR Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 MAY 11TH 2015 UPDATE-FAILED THE OATH BUT OH WELL......a year later So I joined the Spring Oath 2014 on Work in Progress and choose to build a Sentinels of Terra list in Crimson Fist colors. Originally I was planning on 1500 pts but by the time I was happy with a list it was 1750.... Also all bolter marines will have the Anvil Industry Upgrades. I plan to build the Drop pods all at the same time......so that is gonna take some time with the death winds I have to convert. The anvil industries parts in using are the compact box mags, PEQ laser targeting, 5 members get the tactical scope the other 2 get sniper scopes. For shoulder pads....I troll eBay for the old blister packs of imperial/ crimson fist shoulder pads. It was 5 different designs with 3 of each design for 15 shoulder pads. But I do have some of the current ones from gw too so I just grab some at random and use them. As the title states I was once building a Sentinels of Terra (in Crimson Fists colors) list but with the rumored Marine codex around the corner, I figured I should get back to building this list as my Adepta Sororitas is more of a labor of love, my all Terminator Imperial Fist 1st company army is still ways off in the building stage, Grey Knights terminator army is kinda pointless in my group (no Chaos no Daemons), Imperial Knights are still in the box or not bought, My CF Scout army is storage awaiting .....not sure honestly, and My full 5th Company of CF needs paint too.... This list is being designed as a drop list led by the Chapter Master Pedro Kantor himself. HQ -Kantor -Librarian Elites -Sternguard (Drop Pod) Troops -3 Tactical Squads (Drop Pods) Fast -Stormtalon Heavy - 2 Deathstorm Drop pods The previous models have not changed besides Sgt Grimm (my count as Garadon) is now just a Tactical Vet Sgt. Eventually they will be painted.....my paint is on the way as we speak. After I start painting these guys and do the drop pods it will bein to the assualt squad wih 2 flamers in a drop pod. I need to check to see how many drop pods I have in storage to figure out if I need to order another 1 or 2. I airbrushed them using vallejo grey which came out more of a white but oh well.
