I plan to add a raven skull here as an honour marking. 2. Maybe add a hood or might not, same with a cloak. 3, 4 & 5. Remove, or keep? The high, feathered collar works because of the feathered breast plate -- I'd keep it. Paint it off black maybe? If you don't like the 'cog' details on the boots, just trim it a little. What could I replace it with? well if you still have the computer vambrace arm, you could pop the power fist off and put that back on there in the same position, so it'd be hanging to his side or something.
