+++Rules Questions+++

I'm building a Chaos Space Marine list and had these questions. Please let me know where to find these answers when given as I'm new to list building and I'm here to learn. Thanks everyone for the help in advance.

1) I want to purchase a 20 man unit of Chaos Space Marines. Can I purchase a Rhino to use even if the whole unit does not fit within the max capacity of 10 models.

2) The Aspiring Champion in the above unit I'd like to give 2 Lightning Claws. On pg 91 of Codex CSM it says a model can replace his bolt pistol and/or close combat weapon with one of the following. I chose to replace both the bolt pistol and close combat weapon, each for a lightning claw. Do I still have his boltgun and two lightning claws?

1)  Yes you can buy it, but as long as the squad exceeds 10 models, they can't fit inside it.

2)  Seems legit, but if you're going to spend this many points on Asp Champ upgrades, consider making that second Claw a Fist instead.  It's still a specialist weapon so you get the +1A, but it also gives you insurance against gribblies.

...

I'll also throw in my (unasked) advice about CSM squad loadouts.  I've done well by my 10-man squad with Bolters, a Flamer, an Autocannon, and a Chainaxe on the Asp Champ.  I go back and forth about putting Meltabombs on him as well... it's insurance, but it costs points, and it plays against what these guys are good at:  Engaging light-to-medium infantry at a decent price.  The Autocannon's 2 shots at 48" always lets them threaten something, regardless of whether they're camping the home objective, or snap-firing it on the move.

1) As has been said, yes you can but the squad can't use it.

2) Yes you would have twin Lightning Claws and a Bolter. Does make for a very expensive Champion though for how effective he'll be.
