Noctus Cornix Posted April 17, 2014 Share Posted April 17, 2014 So I've been doing some playing around with things as of late, testing the waters for ideas for a loyalist astartes chapter again in the wake of my poor Black Templars being completely slandered... So I've been doing a couple test models of various things, wanting to see if actually painting any of them peaks my interest. So the first one on the list is for a DIY chapter idea I've been fumbling with. The original intention was for a worn and weathered Gold with deep crimson insets, but now every time I look at it, I can't help but think its a Minotaur... Noctus Cornix Posted April 17, 2014 Author Share Posted April 17, 2014 I used a 'Gehenna's' Gold (had to stare at the paint bottle three times to get that right) over a Ceramite White base coat with just a light wash of Nuln Oil.
