This list seems fine, normally I'd be worried about mobility but since you can deepstrike here I don't think that would be a problem, other than that I'd be a bit worried by vehicles (does the campaign allow flyers?) but FnP should allow you to survive relatively unhurt.

A slight thing I think you might have misread though, Deathshroud terminators are not Elite choices, they are HQ choices, but don't worry, since they are bodyguard units they don't take up a FoC slot if you have Mortarion, and/or a Praetor/Typhon, so both of them will cover both of your squads.

The first page of the Death Guard rules specifies that Deathshroud terminators can be taken as Elites (or replace a command squad).  Grave Wardens are Heavy Support.

My mistake, I somehow missed that little blurb saying they were Elites.

A few points on your troops:

1. No Vexillas for your Tacticals, but one for your Breacher squad?

2. Combiflamer on the apothecary is pretty useless.  Give them both augury scanners instead.  The artificer armor is also one of the things I would put on the chopping block if you end up in need of points.

3. I think your best, most efficient choice for your troops is 2x 20 man tacticals with attached apothecaries.  If you're set on the Breacher blob, then I think you should go with 20 Breachers and 20 tacticals instead of 10 breachers and 30 tacticals.  Might as well get the extra durability and special weapons, and pay the least in squad taxes as possible.

Antitank

1. The Meltas on the Breachers are the best choice of a disappointing lot of weapons for Breachers when you're not playing ZM, but they are not anti-tank in 30k - especially not on footsloggers.  They can work against dreads/contemptors, rhinos, etc, but the things you really need anti-tank against (Sicarans, Spartans, Land Raiders, etc) are going to have armored ceramite, more likely than not, or are going to move too quickly for you to actually get them into melta range for a really effective round of shooting.  These guns will work well on enemy troops and terminators, especially since they deny FNP, but you are woefully short on anti-tank.  You basically have Mortarian's gun, your vindicator, and a handful of meltabombs.

Mobility & Melee:

1. Huge issue here.  For one, you can't deepstrike your terminators.  That requires a Rite of War, they don't have it by default like in 40k.  Typhon is in Cataphractii armor, he is going to slow his squad down to a crawl as they walk across the board, 6 inches at a time, with no ranged weapons besides flamers.  Without a transport, Typhon and his squad are dead weight in your list.

2. On the other hand, Mortarian's built in mobility is going to be going to waste if you're saddling him with a squad of footsloggers.  Mortarian is one of the better primarchs for running around solo due to his built-in Shadow of the Reaper special movement and his high overall durability.  His squad will be faster than Typhon's (they can at least run in the shooting phase...) but they are still a melee unit that is stuck with inching their way across the table.

Your worst nightmare kind of scenario is getting put across the table from someone with a Typhon heavy siege tank - the S10 AP1 7 inch ignores cover blast will one shot Typhon (the character), your 2-wound terminators, tear chunks out of your squads, and you will struggle to stop it because you just don't have the tools for dealing with that sort of armor.  Mortarion can't even handle it.  Now, I don't know if you already have a group and already know their lists, and know that you're safe from this - your local meta can be entirely different.  You already mention that there isn't much in the way of aircraft running around.  But if we're talking conventional wisdom here, the Typhon heavy siege tank is one of the more common choices for a Lord of War at 2k points.

My biggest concerns here are that you're overspending on characters/melee troops without a real good way to put them to use.  220 on terminators that are nothing but targets till they get across the table.  A little less than that on Typhon, who is going to be slowing half of them down while working across the table.  And then near twice that on Mortarion.  845 points on 7 models that specialize in melee but lack the mobility to reach melee on their own.

Were I you, I would look at:

1: Apothecaries with augury scanner only

2: Max out your squad sizes, don't spam undersize units - 20 Breachers and 20 Tacticals, or 40 tacticals, either is a decent enough place to start.

3: Drop Typhon and the Deathshrouds.  Get a Centurion with a consul upgrade that can compliment some other part of your list - consider using Mortarion to unlock The Reaping Rite of War, take a heavy support squad with missiles, autocannons, or volkite culverins as a third troops choice, stick a master of signal in there.

4: Anti-tank.  Sicarans, Predators, or Rapier Lasdestroyers are the usual options here.
