Gurth Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 Used gauze, especially from a major injury, does have that added realism But there’s nothing against used gauze if it’s clean. No idea about where you are, but in this country if you donate blood they put a whole roll of gauze around the “wound” when you’re done, of which the vast majority is completely clean when it’s removed.
