I Sviar vow to paint a Vendetta if I find my Lascannons. Otherwise I'll paint a Valkyrie. Here is my starting picture.

Those who submitted their army write-up in All For One are requested to submit it again (by all means expand upon it).
Those who earned ranks (lance corporal, corporal and sergeant) in the previous challenge will be promoted further via completions in Treads and Thrusters.

Well my Sviar worlds was well elaborated. But I will write up an airforce section, if I however have som time left I could try to write about a small city on Sviar 1, as an expansion

Good to see you back Sviar :D As for the regimental background you don't have to add any more if you've already done it, even more so as you've already post up a lot. Just make sure to re-enter it with your Vendetta completion so you can gain the full Sergeant rank for the Treads and Thrusters challenge :)

Welcome aboard Raven, great to see a new face :D Painting challenges are easy enough; they're simple things and this one has no competitive element so there couldn't be a better introduction :) All you've got to do is meet the deadlines - if you have any questions please let me know :tu: They can be addictive though especially when you start gathering awards for your sig - which I notice is empty and waiting to be filled ;)

Just had word the new regimental armour is on a transport ship heading to Arukan Prime! Should be tomorrow but the Warp is a fickle thing, so could be as late as Tuesday. The Enginseers are eager to get their grubby mitts on it

Well I didn't squeal like a girl, rather I stood solemnly staring out of the window, Commissar's overcoat billowing in the wind and said in a gruff voice: "I must go, the Regiment needs me". There may have been explosions in the background, weeping women and children and also a couple of fireworks.

 

Or I just closed my emails and did some house keeping. The World may never know the true events of that day.

And….and I think I saw Daemons,” whispered First Sergeant Cable manning the Omniscope. “I say we call in the Deathstrike and run BDA from here,” suggested Sergeant Alecki.

In response to your request for status:

 

As of 0200 - 0069831.M41 the Cadian 15th Regiment 20th Company aboard the strike cruiser Only In Death have translation back into realspace. This constitutes a delay of 19 standard years due to currently indeterminate warp anomalies.

 

Our previous orders from 811.M41 to rearm and reconstitute at the Departmento Munitorium Armory within the Secarus Sector are complete. Our current strength stands at 3 full Platoons, including heavy weapons and Sapper Squads; though previous exposure to hazardous environments have necessitated ongoing use of breathing apparatus by some of our personnel.

 

Our company has otherwise also been reinforced by 5 Leman Russes, 6 Chimeras, 2 Hellhounds, various artillery vehicles including Bombards and Manticores, a StormLord, air support in the form of Valkyries, Vendettas, Vultures and other auxiliary units.

 

Our current orders are to link up and consolidate with the remnants of the Krieg 19th Regiment 88th Siege Army, rendezvous with Battlefleet Cobalt, and then be subsumed into the Cadian 412th.

 

We will continue to maintain our current tan and olive disruptive pattern scheme and Lernaean Dragon unit insignia until such time that our parent Regiment dictates differently.

 

Rest assured that the entirety of our Company is now made up of veterans from several previous major conflicts that should no doubt be an advantage for the future. Furthermore, it should also be noted that, as it stands on record, none of our current Company’s members have ever fled from any engagements with Chaos forces despite incidents of horrific losses incurred by adjoining allies.

 

Our specific areas of competence include close protection of HQ personnel and VIPs, local information gathering in support of strategic planning, escort of key assets and resources (to include Grade – Alpha munitions), setup of early warning security and population assurance.

 

In all of these endeavors, we will continue to serve the Imperium with unwavering loyalty, exceptional operational capability and unprecedented cunning.
