I have to tell you daemonclaw the job you've done on Lorgar turned him into an awesome mini! Too bad FW let this opportunity go...

Terrific work mate, just too good for words. Keep it up!

and onto lorgar .this is the "finished" model as of yesterday.something was really bugging me about the model ,i like the model but he just doesnt seem right compared to the other primarks .i think they did a great job on the sculpting apart from one thing IMHO its the runes cut into the armour,i know its the direction they went with the WB look but it doesnt strike the right regal chord with me .even the non primark offerings seem to have a more ornate look , and looking over the web even the great painted models of lorgar seem lacking when it came to the runes.i tried to give more life to them with the energy within but even that doesnt work for me so ...i have now taken him back to the workbench to fill in the runes and see what i can do .i may be completely wrong and ruin it but if i dont try i will never know.to me a model isnt finished untill i am happy with it

here is the "finished" lorgar

I love your Lorgar! All of your Word Bearers are incredible. The fleshy bits on your Gal Vorbak are especially impressive.

Any chance of a tutorial of your red and fleshy bits?

Lorgar is fantastic – a great conversion of a lovely model. Were I not familiar with the original, I wouldn't have spotted it as a conversion at all – great work :)

Of course, the fact he sits in a beautiful army is the cherry on the cake. Time for a new army shot, I think :)

Great work on Lorgar, the conversion makes him into a really good centre piece.

cheers bro

I actually really like the original Lorgar, but yours looks awesome. I really like the dead UM with the spirit coming out.

cheers brother, ultras always look great in scenery and while painting this one i got tempted to do a live version

Could you paint us an invisible Lorgar? I recommend using a lot of Lahmian Medium tongue.png

lol i tried making a seethrough head before using wet effects in a mould but it never went offrolleyes.gif

Well with your Lorgar and my Horus we will be rocking the primarchs this etl

cheers bro , you gotta love primarchs

many thanx will try to get a tut up soon

It is an amazing work and I'm pretty envious right now. But I can't help feeling the position of arm holding Illuminarum seems a bit odd.

cheers brother i will take a look at the position

cheers brother unfortunately lorgar is now on the workbench being altered

Breathtaking. I don't think any other words do it justice

many thanx brother
