Small, Medium, and Large Buildings all have a HP value; naturally, the Vengeance Battery is listed as an Impassable Building, which means nothing here. The FAQ is equally useless. "Terrain Type: Medium Building (AV 14) with Battlements" The Building rules on page 110 then tell you that this means that the redoubt has 4 Hull Points. No HP listing means they operate like 6th edition buildings and are invincible until you roll high enough on the damage chart to wreck them. Not bad for the points.
