olekkkkk Posted October 8, 2014 Share Posted October 8, 2014 First project is Blood Angel Lord with giant bat as a mount, second is BA command squad on horses, third is Logan Grimnar on Stormrider with small convertion and painted in different color scheme. Last one is simple Iron Hand captain on bike. Here are some early WIP pics. The first is definitely my favorite, although I think he looks a little too demonic to be a Blood Angel, he seems more like a chaos champion, especially the steed. Blood Angels don't look like that, if they did then they'd have been obliterated by the other forces of the Imperium a long time ago. You might get away with calling him a Flesh Eater as they are now an excommunicated renegade successor chapter (who still believe themselves to be loyal to the Imperium) and some like to model them as a far less angelic and more brutal than their progenitors (see Midnight Runner's excellent thread on here). Also, I trust that you're aware the axe hand is backwards? The cape is great.The guy on the horse looks fine, but I'd question why he's on a horse.The Iron Hand Captain's shield needs to change.
