That list instructs us that a storm shield replaces the power weapon.* 1 in 5 WGTDA can replace his storm bolter with a heavy flamer. *Too bad you cannot have Frost Axe and storm shield on WGTDA. That would look cool. I think the faq changed it so you can replace the storm bolter with a power or frost axe, but only an axe. So frost axe and storm shield is legal again. The Storm Shields are all left handed, the only melee weapons available for the right hand are Thunder Hammers, Wolf Claws and a single Power / Frost Axe.
