Galzra87 Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 Hi there. I begin Warhammer 40k like only 4 years ago but i fell onto the hobby loooong ago. I was 12 at the time i saw Warhammer battle for the first time, and i'm near to my 24^^ So yeah, as my title says, i have 2 army (WIP for the two:procrastination, when you see it, it's too late but things are changing). I took Salamanders as my chapter of heart because the background around them is really nice, i love the colors+ I thought they were totally absent from the nomansland, and that's what i'm always searching in the hobby, unrepresented factions (if the faction suit me of course). My tyranids are a custom hive fleet of mine, named Niflheim, their background are on writing, as well as others writing stuff for various subjects of my interest. Well, time to speak a bit more of me hé? I'm a 24 year old French unemployed at the moment (that sucks). My hobbies are reading good fantasy books (Legend and the others books of David Gemmel, Tolkien...), painting/converting our favorites miniatures. I also like video games, A LOT of my free time is on games like Team Fortress 2 (officially Hat Simulator 2 for the fans), The binding of isaac more recently, Borderlands series and too much more for my own and figurines good. Aaaaannd, now for the awkward part : I'm a brony. That means i'm watching My Little Pony, friendship is magic. And i'm enjoying it. Salamanders and Tyrandis - great Combination! You always have great Ideas about a clash of them both in the Head. I just resently (like two days ago) found out that the Salamanders really are an underestimated Chapter. And I totally wonder that theres not much Salamanders against Tyranids Action in the fluff. And you exactly pointed out why i chose Salamanders : underrated and unrepresented chapter, totally cool. And i also choose them because in the fluff of tyranids, Ymgarl has been purged of Genestealers by Salamanders.
