I mean a Batrep of a Kill team game played according to the mission pack? or would that fall under narrative and so just be a contribution to the story? Battles should be played at the 500-1000 point level and you may find the link to the mission rules here. So... These are not a requirement or is this what we must follow? But no this thread comes along and now I'm playing templars again. I hate youuuuuu. No but seriously this sounds awesome. One of my biggest 40k regrets aside from not playing black templars with their 4th edition book was that I missed the chance to play campaigns. I will probably be able to get a game in next week. And then I call always play with a friend one day. We survived playing d&d together I think he will like 40k. Other that I'll have to support by doing fluff and painting.i don't really know what to paint yet though. Wait a second I have an entire 30 man crusader squad I haven't painted yet. Was going to play a 1v1 for my first game towards the campaign and there was a guy at the shop with-out anyone to play with, so I let him hop in with us making it a 3-way 1v1v1 battle. I didn't notice any restrictions towards the players per game in the overview, and otherwise followed the mission special rules for 'Mission 2- Moon Base Stronghold'. It would be nice to do kill team or larger then 1k games. Thanks guys. Well we won't tell you no on it, but as the Crusade continues the max size will increase in size. At those later points when you choose to play a larger game it will earn additional VP's based on the size of the game. We decided on a progression mainly for narrative purposes, so while you can play larger battles right now, there won't be any benefits until later. Does that work for everyone? As for multiple opponents, sure, I would say just try to have one of them be chaos or PA and then count your VP against theirs. But my Predator is ready to paint and complete construction, aiming for Phase 1 VPs. As someone has already started into Nx-01 we should probably all start there and then decide whether to divide and conquer or Zerg Rush through zones. Now that brings me to a question brothers, what shall I paint? I have a twenty man crusader squad, land raider crusader and a dreadnought that I'm repainting. What shall I send for reinforcements?
