Help Starting Chaos

Hey,

I play Blood Angels but would like to start a chaos marine army. I dont know much about them, but I think my starting models are going to be a Lord, 20 cultists, some plague marines, and a rhino. Does this sound like a good starting place?

 

Additionally, I was wondering what the best way to make plague marines are. I have been reading up on them and people seem to think 7 in a rhino with 2 plasmas is the best loadout. Does the GW plague marines set come with any plasmas? Can you just use a chaos marine kit and paint them nurgly and give 2 of them plasmas? That is, does the chaos marine kit come with 2 plasmas (or any plasmas for that matter)?

The current Finecast a Plague Marines come with one trooper holding a plasmagun, and the champ wielding a power sword. The regular CSM kit comes with

 

x2 plasma pistols

x1 meltagun

x1 plasmagun

x1 power fist

x1 power sword

x1 flamer

x1 heavy bolter

Personally, if you want the best looking Plague Marines, get the standard CSM box and the Forceworld conversion kit.

 

Otherwise, it looks like a good starting point to build from.
