Yes, they are possibly the worst two armies in the game on the tabletop.... perhaps two of the funnest ones to paint/create/modify so I guess it's not too late in that respect? There's a new Dark Vengeance box for 7th Edition, so lots of new players that might benefit from this. I've been painting for 30+ years and playing 40K since RT, but I just started Dark Angels a month ago, so it helps to have some pointers. And I always love seeing how others do things.
