Dang it, thought I'd got them all - all sorted now. Topics can either be posted in the Liber Astartes or the Ad Mech sub forum. I just need a link to the topic in question, rather than have members post the entire thing in this one (it would get confusing very quickly for a start).

I decided to go for Index Omnissian as the name for the article, not sure what others like about it. Index Mechanicus was the more obvious article type, but I didn't want there to be two IM's, since Index Militarum would work for the Astra Militarum. Plus, how perfect is the abbreviation IO?

 

I did like Atia's "Index Questoris" Knights-only article, since their high gothic name is the Questoris Familia. It fits with the original Index article styling, Index Astartes and Index Traitoris. I'll probably use it myself if I ever break my Knight Houses out of my above article.

 

People can call their articles whatever they want, I just kind of like coming up with faction-specific alternatives to the Index Astartes.

Great, I'll add some more info about the Eldar (it's kind of based on the fact my regular opponents are Eldar and Dark Eldar. As for the image I'll try figure something out for both of them, I'm not particular good with editing images etc but I can try to come up with something.

Edit: I've kind of made an image using an online photo editor, to represent the forgeworld's icon based around the way they've made the other forgeworld icons.

Mkay so, I have an idea for a chaos forced which is an amalgam of Chaos Marines and renegade militia serving as the military arm of a Dark Mechanicus forgeworld. The problem I am having is that this force isn't going to be the typical chaos warband with various militiant groups coming together under one banner, but a cohesive unit with the CSM as the upper tier who recruit from the best of the human elements. This group is supplied with manpower and resources from the forgeworld, and the CSM are actually part of the hierarchy of the forge world. So given all of this, would my ideas fit a Chaos Marine or LATD type liber challenge better then this current one?
