Oh man, I'm an ETL noob and haven't done serious hobbying since my kids were born (yeah, 3 and 5 now!).

*closes eyes, pinches nose*  ok, JUMPING IN!!

 

I Orogen rise to the challenge of E TENEBRAE LUX and vow to complete a Sanguinary Priest with Valour's Edge, a Furioso Dreadnaught with frag cannon, and a Command Squad with jump packs, 3x melta guns and 3x storm shields from Codex: Blood Angels of total value 395pts on or before August 1st, 2015. Success will bring eternal glory to the Blood Angels Chapter and failure will doom me to bear the Badge of the Oathbreaker until the year-end.

 

We'll see how that goes - I have a CRAP-TON more but want to get the confidence and momentum.

I've also finally completed a jump packed Librarian and I'm almost done updating the colour scheme of my good old dreadnought, but since I've already put some work in it, it didn't feel right to include it in my vow.
That's why I'm considering a necromancy of my painting log soon.

The BAs are doing a great effort this year and I really look forward to see how this will play out! You now have more participants than the DAs the SWs and even Chaos! But you are still behind the HH, the IFOR and the Codex Marines. This is crucial because you need to keep up the momentum - this is the recruitment period! Until June 1 the important thing is to bolster your ranks! You're doing a great job so far but you need to keep going! :)
