Time for a second one.

I, Wulvenblut, rise to the challenge of E TENEBRAE LUX and vow to complete Murderfang the Curseborn from Codex: Space Wolves and a Wolf Lord in a Thunderwolf, equipped with Runic Armour, a Storm Shield and the Krakenbone Sword from Codex: Champions of Fenris, for a total value of 360 points on or before August 1st, 2015.

Success will bring eternal glory to Thorstein Helrider's Great Company and death and suffering to the enemies of the Vlka Fenryka. Failure will doom me to bear the Badge of the Oathbraker until the end of the year, but such thing will not be allowed to happen.
As before, pictures will be uploaded as soon as possible, when I prime the models.

Sorry about the delay, I ran out of spray to prime the models, and just yesterday I was able to buy one.

Here are the pics of my second vow, primed and waiting to get dry enough to be painted.

I'm converting Murderfang using the bits from the new SW dread box, the arms from a BA dread and the body and legs of an old metal dread that a friend gave me years ago.  Hopefuly I will finish them this Tuesday.

I need to scrub the last 4 models I tried to prime and dispose if the spray can. Made a mess of my Skyclaws and puked paint on my hand. At least it's an easy fix. Picked up a new can of primer on my way home. I'm over half done with my vow (pics in my wip for now) with 5 models to go.

Thr big boss would rather save a nickel today than a dollar next week. This can have a detrimental effect on equipment. I spend more time playing Iron Priest at times than doing the job I was hired for.

My Next Iron Priest on a Thunderwolf will be Iron Priest Vykryl Skullsunder  and I will use a servo harness for it  XD

Great job brothers! As for me, new operating system is running, little buggy, but better than nothing. So I am back and bearing gifts. Wolf Lord with Krakenbone Sword and Iron Priest done!

Aha, Bulweih, see what I was getting; you are a beast with those vehicles Donkalleone!

So true Amarog, I don't know that I'll be able to pull off a second vow either. I'm just glad I get to participate with the likes of all of you :)

My first ever ETL Oath - COMPLETE!

I knew that once I got those things primed they'd get knocked out fast.

Before:

AFTER:

Let me see what's laying around for the next vow...

Finally, an actual updated (only been a month or so since i first put the vow in hah, i am the slowest person ever).

So the majoirty of the conversion work on my predator executioner and my vindicator laser destroyer is complete, and they've both now had an undercoat. Few things ive noticed that need to be sorted out before painting now they're all grey (they were all sorts of multicolour before, so hard to get a good idea of how things were meshing together).

- Drill out barrels on heavy bolters

- Find some sort of emblem to cover the ugly scuffing on the front of the pred (or just a bit more filing to be done).

- Probably a bit more greenstuff required to fill some of the gaps around the laser destroyer array.

Couple of pics for you. Fairly pleased with how these have turned out, especially the vindicator as its the first major conversion job ive ever done (and the first time ive used greenstuff).

Cheers!

Mine was done just with a standard rhino that i cut a rather jaggy hole in the front of. Kind of overkilled the hole size wise though so had to do a fair amount of coverup work with GS and leftover bits from making the executioner turret.

The lascannons are two dreadnought arms (one i had to cut off the front, reverse it and glue back on), which gave quite a nice 'block' for fitting into the hole id cut. (and the 'pwer generator is a dread missle arm ha). Basically took my dread apart to make it, but then afterwards found two lascannon RB turrets in a box! Doh! (but suppose i culd use them to make ANOTHER VLD :) )

Congratulations to the ones that have completed (and the brave re-vowers). But I also need to mention the high quality of the output of Fenris!

It's great to see so much progress and commitment to your projects!

UPDATED TO THIS POINT!

Life always finds a way to get in the way of painting. At least I had the time to finish a half on my 2nd vow.
Here it is, my convertion of Murderfang the Curseborn.
