Unfortunately, (from an ETL perspective) I'm gonna be on holiday for most of July. Hopefully, I'll be able to squeeze in a couple more smaller vows, before I go and when I get back.

Not with my 3 year old. He'd paint the cat. And I seem to have some kind of OCD with my stuff. I get the twitches if others use my brushes for example.

Sorry for letting the team down this year, I got sidetracked with real life and distracted by women (hangs head in shame). So I will make a penance vow. If I dont finish the vow I'm working on, and complete another 3k vow afterwards, I will paint 1k of smurfs, sell them and donate the funds to BnC, and I'll also pay for forte and the tribe to get takeout. 

 

Oh and amazing work everybody, we may not be winning but we got the best team... again. 

 

Also, I actually painted today, yay me >.<

I'm hoping to actually get my second vow done in time to get a third one in, Land Raider is already complete and the Knight of Skulls has had the base coats completed.

Skull Cannon is though, another cursed model and I've been distracted by the lure of Dark Mechanicus as well

I know I haven't actually posted any 4th vow pictures just yet, but things on this side of the Eye have been anything but quiet. Vow #4 is well underway. If all goes well, I'm hoping it could be done by the end of this week (not gonna rush a daemon prince of Khorne).

oh dont give up yet slave, i really enjoyed reading your posts and watching your progress, you can do it! we need you, and its far from over, now think chaos much more fun painting chaos than smurfing it, so might aswell gonand get painting ;)

That's awesome news, but please do not forget to post 'before' pictures BEFORE you post the finished ones, or your vow will not count!

You'll have let the side down if the clock ticks over to 17:01 August 1st and you haven't completed your vow. Before then, you're golden! Also, good luck with the ladyfriend!

Weird, got my second wind, im painting and converting like a madman and im up in 8 hours to do important real life stuff. Bit I have my prioritys sorted, chaos must come first >.< 

 

and think of the wonders Slaanesh admech will have, all them waving... things O.o 

 

Unsure how the lady friend will work out, im still messed up from the last one lol guess the etl workload is a blessing in disguise, takes my mind off things. gonna try and nail this vow in a week if i knuckle down and arrange the workload into doable chunks. *looks at backlog of work and bursts into tears*

 

then i get to start my 'these are traitors, honist' howling griffons :P
