The Forge temple of Terra Cimmeria came about somewhere in M31, The Now Fabricator Fūrtim - Conantius Krom who back then was simply a tech priest from <no records available> temple forge had fled into the landscape after a violent takeover of his former masters temple by a rival Fabricator. he was only able to escape due to an Advanced but very experimental stealth tech device he and his fellow adepts were working on at the time of the attack,unfortunately during his escape the device suffered from a catastrophic overload spike in its experimental power source and was destroyed.

Upon fleeing his doomed temple Conantius obtained transport and headed south into the dark sector hoping to lose his hunters,after days of avoidance and trap setting he eventually ambushed and destroyed the rangers sent after him albeit at the cost of his vehicle,alone and without transport he continued to head further and further south.

After several days of treking through the deserts of mars he was set upon by a pack of Iron hounds (a warp tainted canine beast of mars origin)

Seeing that he was outnumbered and without ammunition left for his weapons and now with only a mono filament blade he chose to flee to higher ground and gain a tactical advantage over the superior numbered hounds,as he reached the summit of the rock face he was climbing the earth beneath him gave way and pitched him down into a cavern. After recovering from the fall his sensor unit ran scans of the interior of the cavern...amongst the dust and rubble he picked up several readings of items of unusual origin...some of these he had never encountered before,Ancient Terran,Martian and some looked to be Alien in origin...organic living bone substance inset with glowing stones of intense hues of colour.

 

All this lay scattered about as though abandoned for millennia,but the true discovery was what lay in front of him,turning on his auxillary shoulder lamps  and casting a cold white glow across the chamber revealed a door of large proportions...easily a few meters in height and width,it shone with a golden hue as the lamps played across its surface,Brass,Ceramite,Plas-steel and several other unknown elements flowed across his informational read out on his holo data scanner and then there, nestled right in the very centre of the Door was a symbol combination he had never seen before...he readily recognized the mechanicum symbol,the right was surrounded by the Cog but shrouding the left side of the skull was a Hood not unlike the one he was wearing...that! he had never seen before,along the bottom of the door plated in Gold and Platinum he read the words "Terra" and "Cimmeria" and a smaller version of the hooded image was stamped at the end of the plate. Next to that was what looked like a data key lock mechanism...

Conantius knelt down in front of the Data key, initializing his servo manipulator and selecting decode/breach protocols he set to work...

Forge doctrines -  

 

 

Temple Cimmeria looks outwardly to be a standard forge temple but on closer inspection it's secrets are slowly revealed, whilst pledging allegiance to Mars and acting under Orders from the Fabricator General it provides Formations(Tachmata) when required and has its own Macroclade. 

Temple Cimmeria has access to all the standard battle Maniples but does tend to specialize in Infiltration and stealth clades and defaults to ranger use over Vanguard in most circumstances.

Temple Cimmeria is involved in a lot of clandestine Off World activity providing Ranger And Infiltrator support to Select Forces of the Imperium, most notable in their dealings is the Guard world of Valhalla,The Mighty Blood Angels Space Marines of Baal,The<Classified> and also Many sorties throughout the Pelegron Cluster.
