I've just return a hour ago after being down in Nottingham for the Warhammer World open day.  Really great day, lot of epic hobby stuff & pick up a lot Forge World & event only - IW t-shirt for exsample.

Also pick up a copy of Blood oath which give background detail on the board along with some mission & formation.

This is crazy awesome.

What are those beige dog-thingies though? Chaos hounds? Makes me wonder if the campaign book adds new units to the Daemonkin.

Those look to be the Dogs handled by the Traitor Khorne Ogryn from Vraks.

 

That is an expensive display.

 

EDIT: Khorne above...there are 2 of those Lord of SKulls, one of the Knights and I think a dead Warhound...lol

Just a note that this is small amount photo I'd taken, out 183 photos this has taken up 85 percent of my camera, sadily some turn out blurry. Lot cool thing and just lot idea, bloodthister conversion to the FW thirster.

As said this is somthing people should really go & check out.  I'm going to spend a lot more time when I'm back that Warhammer World for Throne of Skulls events (plan to)

How is the Blood Oath book? So far I have only seen the Berzerker/drop pod formation.

Khorne Daemon get the 4th ed era Nids with out number rule, there are a few more Chaos formation but I'm struggle a bit from travel side, 7am-2pm on Friday get to Nottingham, then 3.17-9.30pm going back home & nightmare of public transport <_< 

I was mainly just looking that the photos on way back home, then read a little bit of the background last few moment before change finial train get back home & read a little bit more.  If anything I just keep going back to the photos of the models think how cool whole thing was.

 

Be honsty - this is a display people really need to say, can not stress that out.  I really am looking forward to spend a bit more time.

Oh there is a formation with Zerkers and Pods?...

 

Can we have more info on whats in the book that we can use out of the campaign setting?

So only formations for khorne colour me annoyed

Just a note say - the board led to really cool background about a daemonkin vs the ultramarine chapter.

I'm still reading throught the book when I'm take quick break from build my new terminator unit.

Holy crap that is absolutely amazing. And I love the artwork on the blood oath it reminds me of the old artwork. Also I see a chaos imperial knight.
