And now, some of us will soon be starting a Tale of X hobbyist based on the Badab War. The general idea would be to have each member represent a single chapter, creating their own characters and story focusing on the smaller or lesser known engagements during the war (as in, making your own). We are looking for members interested and willing to start either a Mantis Warriors, Executioners or Lamenters force. If you are interested you can send a private message to men, Dosjetka or Stoneheart and we will add you to the chat we are having regarding the project so you can get some more information. Halandaar Posted November 12, 2015 Share Posted November 12, 2015 Nothing too exciting here, just the initial work on a Tactical Squad; I made use of several shoulder pads from the Sternguard kit just to add a bit of extra detail. This is one of four Tactical Squads i'll be adding to my army in the near future. This time it's a Badab crossover; my Minotaurs version of Pellas Mir'San! So I thought I would post the meager amount of work I have done and also ask for help. Some time ago I drybrushed my minis to bring the metallic color back out and then more recently I found my backbone and picked up a brush once more. I am thinking it will stay mostly metallic but I want some other color in there. I had painted blue but I quickly started to dislike it. I am wondering if black would look good? So any suggestions and examples would be greatly appreciated. Also, what color should I do the base.
