Terra's Executioners [ETL 2015 workings]

Welcome to my first work-in-progress thread of Bolter and Chainsword. After being in and out of hospital for so long it feels good to get back into the swing of things and get working on some hobby. This thread will be my Executioners army, starting with the ETL vow with more to come over the coming months as time goes on.

 

Anyway, here is the first post of my ETL thread. The Executioners are marching to war and while four parts of my vow are vacant, they will come in time.

 

 

My first work in progress shots of the Executioners vow. I still have my second tactical squad to work on and when I next get paid I will buy the two Rhino and Razorback transports to complete it. Over the weekend I will get around to painting them, and I'll also be working on my Blood Angels.

Thanks Captain, hopefully I'll be able to pull off the Executioners to a good standard. I'm also going to be working on some fiction to go with the models I create.

Quick update to the thread. Apologies for not updating, I have been busy with work. Thankfully not hospital.

 

Starting later on, I shall be getting on with my hobby progress. I have all neccessary box sets for my ETL vow, and for the Back to Badab thread that I am part of.

 

I hope to post the completed (but unpainted) group shot either tonight or tomorrow.

An update, that has been needed for some time! Well no painting but I am ready to kick off my ETL vow if I want to have it done by next week.

 

 

 

Everything is ready, and shall be under coated and base coated either tomorrow evening or Sunday. Depending on what time I get home tomorrow. Either way, next week every evening will be spent with a paintbrush in hand and a lot of silver paint XP Still, it shall be done!

 

Also on the painting block, though they will not be started until the work above has been finished, will be this lot below.

 

 

I have a lot to keep me busy, and that's not counting the Predator Tank, Dreadnought with Drop Pod, the five extra Space Marines to add to the combat squad and the coming Devastator Squad. I'm also going to be working on some literature to go with the posts, so I hope you enjoy.

 

You'll have to forgive the low quality images, I haven't got a very good camera at the moment.
