If you accept that style as an MDR gun, there is one such weapon in pistol size in each of those. I think the maxmini weapons look like Helfrost guns, the puppetswar ones look like plasma guns and the bitspudlo ones look like... I don't know. Grav guns? Regardless, if it looks sufficiently different to the other weapons a squad is fielding, surely you can get away with at least proxy-ing them? You'd be surprised what a correct muzzle does for a weapon.
