My only concern with the second BT one and the second IF one is that they both put what looks like the focal point for the art in a funny place: the Emperor's Champ is going to end up on the back cover and his sword is going to be floating across the front page with little reference, and on the IF one, you are going to end up with the Captain folded right across the spine. The second one with the EmpChamp is unfortunate, because it doesn't work when reversed horizontally and there's "not enough" of the picture to fold it around should I make the EC the centerpoint of the cover. There'd be nasty repetition of the sword and other general visual issues. You can spend more and get a thicker matte good quality paper. From a marketing stand point the one with the EC on the back but his sword on the front begs a peruser to pick it up and flip it over...
