Everything looks almost identical to FW resin, from the various weapons to the torso pieces. We're all winners, if more people get into the Heresy gaming then it benefits us all. This is going hand in hand with FW being sold and stocked in stores. I'd love some official Gw publications that expand the 40k unit choices, something like the Imperial Armour books but more in the style of a codex expansion like Clan Raukaan or Champions of Fenris... Well, in my opinion a lot of 30k units need substantial point re-adjustments as there is poor internal balance... But I doubt GW will mess with the rules. What we can hope for is they sell some basic models, maybe some Legion upgrade sprues, and distribute FW's rules. GW can't write themselves rules to get out of a paper bag.
