The vaunted Dynameis formed the shock core of boarding actions of the 33rd assault division sequestered to Belarius' command. Specialising in zone mortalis actions, the Dynameis were recorded to have fought in the Sol System at the time of the siege. Infamously the surviving members formed [REDACTED].

Cheers guys!

Small update but an essential one for my assault squads. I'm working on my destroyers and after the 20th I'll be able to work on something for myself outside of commission work. I'd love to paint a contemptor, leviathan or do bits and pieces to finish off the vehicles a bit more.

Beautiful! I would love to see an army shot!!!!! So gorgeous

One day once I have the forgeworld decal sheet there will be an army shot.

That is... wow. Stunning.

Thank you.

Superlative. Outstanding combination of bits to create a very characterful model.

Thank you very much.

What would this time of year be without an Angel? This is my rendition of the classic Belesarius character mentioned in the Blood Quest graphic novels. I wanted this miniature to echo 'The Fool' from the Tarot as that card's astrological meaning marries well with the Primarch of the IXth. Aside from the armour and angelic countenance, the posing can give hints to his character.

I hope you enjoy and happy holidays!

Throne Maiho - Contemptor Dreadnought.

I took such pleasure in improving the Emperor's Children chassis, reconsecrating it for a worthier cause. As with all the other blood angels I'm just waiting for the decal sheet to be released before I can call them done. I'm also not sure what to write on the legend.

Enjoy.

Had no idea you were on here, been following this project on your blog the last year or so! Excellent dread, on this miniature in particular the use of the green tarnishing on the gold is really well done and it ties with the spot colours across the rest of your force too.

Have you updated Belarius' skin tones? He looks different somehow.

Just wow ... I really like how you have the armor as if its catching the light in all the right places and the detail is amazing

Cheers. It takes forever to do.

I have. I've also updated his armour - deepening the shadows and increasing the contrast of his face. Good eye.

Magnificent again. The Emperor's Children models really do seem to lend themselves to re-appropriation for the IXth legion.

I cannot wait to see what forgeworld produce for the IXth if the IIIth are anything to go by.

!!! Dang!! The reds on your contemptor are fantastic!!! Shooo!!

Thank you.

Throne Quaphsiel Blood Angel Leviathan Dreadnought

Alleluia! May flights of angels sing thee to thy rest,
Alleluia. The Choir of Saints have found the well-spring of life and door of Paradise,
Alleluia. Weeping at the grave creates the song: Alleluia.
Come, enjoy rewards and crowns I have prepared for you.

Pre Untiy song, unknown.

I actually laughed in shock when I first saw that leviathan, I can't really find the adjective that fits, just incredible stuff.
