If unit leaves 12'' radius, effect of blessing will return or it completly canceled?

I think i need one of those as well, pretty annoying that the same opponent has been using never fail Invisibility on a tough as nails bike command squad.

 

I already noted to him that next time he brings that list i go unbound and bring some stuff that basicly removes his Librarian conclave turn 1. But that assassin might seem a cheaper option.
