I see many people are drafting priests from the Ministorum to the Guard. Very well, challenge accepted. As the B&C's foremost Regimental Priest, it would be rude not to help perform the holy duty set before us all. I suppose this means I'm out of retirement. Time to apply the sacred unguents and say the prayers of activation over my eviscerator: I'm back.

In His holy and august name, I, Father Mehman, the Scribe of Melker, do accept this challenge and vow one priest (amended below) for the Heroes of the Guard. Furthermore, I vow one Chimera for the missed Treads and Thrusters challenge.

For the first picture, I present the bare Forest Spirit, Platoon-level Chimera APC.

The unprimed picture of the Chimera was taken on 24 September. Since then it has seen the business end of my paintbrushes and looks completely different. I'll post the completed image and backstory when they both get done.

In lieu of certain circumstances, I will not be painting a priest but will instead be supplying the 93rd Ostheim with an Ogryn Bone 'ead. Below you will find a picture of the unpainted Ogryn Bone 'Ead Sergeant Gideon Goldtooth.

Welcome to the B&C Guilloom, this is a good entrance There's no required way to vow, so you can do it how you like as long as you let us know what model you're vowing as part of what challenge (you can do two). You can simply copy and edit one of the existing vows or make your own up I'm looking forward to seeing your model(s)

Does it have to be Imperial weaponry? If it's one model to represent the regiment, I wanna find a mini that best fits the new vision granted to my soldiers by the Greater Good. Perfection in technology, victory in firepower.

Tell me about it, we won't even count the tools I had to buy to clean up the huge mold blocks or the custom base which apparently was ninja delivered without my apartment complex telling me, I'll be grabbing it tomorrow. In what is probably a testament to how fast I am keyed up to paint right now after the Hellhammer and Marauder Destroyer, I'm already done with the Sentinels. Please excuse the Agrellan Earth as it finishes drying on the base; I'm just pretty damn excited that I was able to come up with a scheme that fits the H.E.R.C. camo design and complete it in one night!

I will post 360 degree pictures tomorrow in my WIP thread once the Agrellan Earth has dried. I love the stuff but it takes forever to finally set, which is compounded when your girlfriend is asleep...Oh Hair Dryer my faithful companion for drying the devil paint, how I miss thee!

It needs to be weaponry suitable for options from the Guard codex, whether that be third party or a nice counts as.

I included a top down view so you could see the back row.  I left the plastic parts out because it would just be one big mess, needless to say each torso has all of the necessary parts to create a bouncing grizzled guardsmen for H.E.R.C.  With Armies on Parade coming up, I may not be able to finish their accompanying Chimera's but worry not they shall ride into battle in armored beasts with auto-cannons mounted on top.
