Shinespider Posted December 5, 2015 Share Posted December 5, 2015 I really like most of the Magos Dominus model, but wasn't a huge fan of the tanks of liquid on top. Too biological for my taste. I chopped them off and replaced them with some... let's call it Auspex equipment? Here he is with some buddies. The Cairne Wraith conversion is not exactly an original idea but it's a lot of fun and there's always room for unique execution. The more regular tech-priest is there to add some orthodox flavor. SydonianDragoon404 Posted December 19, 2015 Share Posted December 19, 2015 Hey guys, I've yet to find the "perfect model" to serve as a base for an Archmagos Myrmidax loaded up with guns, a melee weapon, and a jetpack. I looked at 3rd party, FW, GW, etc. I bought this girl from anvil-http://www.anvilindustry.co.uk/AFTERLIFE/Republic/MadisonBut she turned out to be a bit on the small side, ended up turning her into a really cool Skitarii Ranger Alpha. But to me, something like an Archmagos needs to be big, beefy, almost on scale with a terminator or a thallax like the Magos Dominus model. But I also don't want a model that looks so encumbered and hunched over that it looks like it couldn't quite fight it's way through a fishing net. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
