Two of them were already deployed when I tried out the Ravenwing Protocol and used my Ravenwing in 30k. The match went well, they have some nasty toys. Next will be the tactical squad. Lostrael Posted May 24, 2016 Author Share Posted May 24, 2016 Thanks Brothers. As for the wings, thanks to Brother Stobz, I discovered power of my turquoise. They are painted in Glacier blue, turquoise and a thinned down grey. Glacier blue is the better white. It covers black easy and looks white, but you can still highlight edges with white. I clearly gained some insanity points from painting feathers, took ages to get them smooth. Evil sunz scarlet, wash it with Fleshshade and highlight the edges with a mix of Flash Gitz yellow and red. I never paint red over a black basecoat, always paint on white.
