What do you think more a fan of infantry plus the head of he gorgon lets me take Arlatax which seem so awesome. Went Traitor Allegiance more for fluff reason as well as the chance to chaosify them modelwise though the loyalist herald making the breachers WS5 would be cool

The Main thing that Sticks out to me is the lack of Long range AT, My suggestion is too drop one of the Contemptors and add in a couple of Rapiers with Laser Distoryers or Gravaton Cannons, or one of the Deredero for a Scarian Venator, or do both give you that bit of High Str low AP fire power.

Unfortunately heralds don't unlock Rites of War, you need a preator or a delegatus for that. Simple fix, I'd just drop the herald for the delegatus.

Not true. The Herald has "Rite of Command", meaning it has Master of the Legion, so it can take Rites of War and Command Squads.

Nope Arlatax can only be taken through the head of the Gorgon Rite of war (since they are battle automata), Praevian can only take vorax or castellax and the automata ROW is the same but also with Domitar available. Herald is mainly there so I can take use his Rite of Command to take the Head of the Gorgon without taking a praetor, plus it's also more a fluffy choice since being Traitors I can have the the eye of Horus on his banner to show their true allegiance :D after all Iron Hands are the only loyalist legion I like but I deep down I support the Warmaster

I stand corrected. Interesting that they unlock RoWs, but are can't be your compulsory HQ.

Yeah, it sure is. He must be the Warlord, he can take a RoW, but he's a Support Officer (so you need another HQ).

Basically it confirms that you can have a MotL in the army to unlock Rites of War, but a non-MotL HQ can be the Warlord. The FAQ suggested this, so yay for Morturg Missile with the Reaping! :)
