WAR Posted July 16, 2020 Author Share Posted July 16, 2020 Paint scheme is from Luther at the Mighty Brush website using vallejo paints through an airbrush and brushing, I love the scout models Bruce Campbell chin and all. I still have soem pewter ones probably @ 20 or so, and probably 20 or so plastic ones still to build if I get around to adding those to the army. I have a horde of pewter models that belonged to my friend and his dad (about 20 old school terminators, tons of scouts, vanguard vets and even an old vindicare assassin + plus a few tanks). They haven't touched the hobby in over a decade so they gave it all to me. There were even some Rougue Trader marines in the box. I don't think my brain could handle so many of one type of model to paint.I admire your dedication to the 10th theme. I am planning on adding other companies like the 1st cause I love Sternguard and other elite troops, 5th Demi co all first born vehicle crews (land speeder pilots) tactical squads, and dev squad , 6th Primaris intercessors, 8th for close support elements like outriders and inceptors, and 9 for hell blasters and gravis suits Sergeant_Angle 1 Back to top Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Total points for the imperium probably over 40,000 pts if I built and painted everything I own. Years ago I was building the 5th company of crimson fists (during 4e -6e) and it is the fully 5th co 100 marines plus command. My sisters pre plastic was calculated over 13,000 pts if I built all the repressors I acquired a few editions ago. My Raptors probably @ 9,000 pts or so Grey knights @ 6,000 pts Eventually I’ll start on Black Templars from Indomintus and then some Primaris I have slated for them So probably @ 2000 pts and imperial fists all Primaris force probably @ 2000 pts also Plus I have 4 baby knights and 2 knights waiting to be built Edited July 16, 2020 by war009 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Seriously though the chaplain is really sweet, great use of bits and pose. Did I see a master of signals helm on one of the primaris infiltrators? I was thinking of doing the same; how’s it fit? I have plans to make a primaris version but in Phobos armor using infiltrator bits. Chaplain is one of my favorite models I have made over the years. All plastic MK IV marine parts, Crozius from the Plastic Mk IV chaplain, sternguard head, probably a grey knight hand, crux from terminators, FW Melta bomb and Night Lords Helmet. Friday I started working on Veteran Sgt Helios and 5th Scout Squad along With 10th Co Chaplain Achmedes and I ended the day with the basign drying. After picking up my Indomitus box and looking through everything and pulling the necrons out for a friend I was spliting it with I got back to work on my scouts. And then I realized I have to update my librarian's base to match the others. After they were done I jumped into the next units. 10th Co Scout LT, and Veteran Sgt Tomez and 9th scout squad I was going to work on them yesterday after MY GF and I went to a friends house to pick up our new Star Wars Props, but I ate some bad sandwhich meat and had an upset stoamach and ended up taking a 3 1/2 hour nap while she went to our friend's house. With the moving house, getting the new work area set up, not getting a Marine codex, I have not had an interest in working on my Raptors or Mortifactors. That compiled with the scouts moving to elites it kinda hampers my all scout army. I do have plans to eventually get back to work on them. But I have been focused my 7th Brotherhood of Grey Knights and Inquisitorial Forces and purchasing stuff for my Order of the Valorous Heart Adepta Sororitas army. Also I finally bite the bullet and purchased a Start Collecting Drukhari box from my local Warhammer store for Cult of Strife Wych army. WAR Posted February 7, 2022 Author Share Posted February 7, 2022 So after watching a friend play the new Vanguard army from Vigilus Alone this past Saturday, and watching the farce of their Chapter tactic, I am playing on making my return to the Ravenspire, from my time aboard the black Ships and Titan. I have recently ordered and impulsor and with what Phobos stuff I have primed and built (nothing has been done to them over the past few years) I have a 1000 pt list I'm gonna resume working on now the my Sally Forth Hobby Challenge is done....Thanks Duz for running I had fun, and inbetween my 12 Months of Hobbying vows But I did pull the Raptors out of display case and throw them in the light box. Yeah there are cool things in it but Ravenguard does it better and has more options. The Vangaurd Restriction does not allow Gladiators and Storm Speeders. Plus a big thing for me is my love of scouts and other units. So not being able to take scouts, scout bikes, Land Speeders or Predators makes my current collection a waste.
