The quad launchers are 140 for two if you give them shatter shells, otherwise you're just throwing out frags. 14-man assault squads without that 15th guy for another power weapon makes me sad in an indescribable way, but I'm not sure where you would start to cut. First instinct is Javelin for cheapest module to swap out that would just about perfectly cover all the costs, but having an assault cannon one is too cool not to play. Maybe a cheaper HS instead? Have i to pay for each turret seperate? I played the quad plain with frag. they hit 35times in their best round. :) Although the upgrade would help to pop some rhinos. I had so much attacks with the 14 men squad i only needed the axes one time to finish the last marines so i don´t see a need for the third pw. Terminus Posted August 17, 2016 Share Posted August 17, 2016 You can interpret what is written two ways. One that it's a typo and you are meant to upgrade each bolter to an autocannon for 10 points. Nope - Maximum hits from Chainfire is 12, regardless - FAQd to stop what would otherwise be an infinite loop of rolling unit a unit it deleted under hand flamers. Typhoon then instagibs 9 of 10 men from my ten man squad. The big blob got in a fight with 10 terminators and 20 taktikals with cc weapons and consul priest. I managed to kill 5 Terminators and the Praetor killed the Consul in a challenge. The Dreadclaw was great in putting 5 melter marines in place and flying over the battlefield killing 2 terminators and a bunch of taktikals. Also took my vetarans in for a ride. I love that pod.
