Initial Geneseed Stability & Alpha Intake VII: 70%/3,500 marines Pre-Primarch Marines Per Year, Combat Doctrine and Recruitment Base VII: 700 mpy/Narrow & Defensive Improved geneseed stability, Primarch Reforms and numbers at Primarch Discovery VII: 85%/Balanced & Aggressive/85,400 marines (917.M30) (And here is where the fun begins.) 10 years of recruitment at 750 MPY = 7,500 new recruits. For a total Legion size of 92,900 marines. Shepherds split with a starting base of 30,000, leaving 62,900 Berserkers. DoR Legion Size Shepherds: 70%/Balanced (Aurtien Technocracy + Terran rights) & Defensive/800 MPY/113,200 Beserkers of Uran: 85%/Balanced & Aggressive/750 MPY/140,900 ~~~ Surprisingly, the Shepherds hold up well on their own, numbers-wise.
