A rather timely pre-order has gone up today, the Frag Launcher.

Will be shipping next Friday. Probably of interest to those bemoaning the awkwardness of acquiring multiples of a new Deathwatch weapon.

They may also interest those of our 30k brethren who you use Destroyers and fancy some Rad missile launchers without going the Forgeworld route.


They've also added a Quake Gun to the Exo-Lord armoury and a quake attachement to the modular, magnetisable Lance Carbine:

The regiments range has also had a bunch of modular heavy weapons released. Far too many to start dropping pictures of, but the following are incuded - Tesla Cannon, Heavy Grenade Launcher, Autocannon, Phase Cannon and Mortar alongside a range of tripods, gun carriages and gun shields.

I'm just wondering if GW will one day bother to look at how much money bitz resellers make and do us all a favor and release stuff like this. The way FW does it makes so much more sense. Kudos to Anvil, those look great.

Quick question: I saw that they had weapons very similar, but legaly distinct from Grav Cannons for their exo lords the other day, but now I can't find them on their site anymore. Anyone know where I could find them/have a linky?

This. Knowing that every kit you buy from GW these days contains about 50% parts you will never use is disappointing. Some kits make a bit of sense but when the torso and legs are the only common parts between two builds it feels like a load of wasted plastic. I'm going to have a small mountain of Galvanic Rifles and the odd Radium Carbine once I've got my Skitarii squads finished. Unless I can create some kind of amorphous cyber octopus conversion those bits will remain unused.

They don't seem to have a grav-cannon analogue at the moment. Could always shoot them an email? Joel's very open to suggestions. I suspect he may already be working on it given that they've already done regular grav gun and combis.

Otherwise I know Kromlech have 'Gravity Cannons' in their range.

Yep, I really like the combination of bits used for the example models, the RPG's feel very PDF or 30k militia rather than full on IG, which is a cool modelling option to have.

Thought it was time to revive this thread as Anvil have been quietly adding some cool stuff in recent months as well as having a big expansion to their regiments range.



They've been gradually updating some old designs for various weapon accessories and introducing some new ones:
